Callum Collins

Managing Director & Partner

Callum is the Managing Director of G&E Partners and is personally responsible for the growth, performance, and strategic direction of the business. Since joining the firm as a Trainee Consultant, he has progressed to Managing Director & Partner in under ten years, a testament to his leadership, industry expertise, and longstanding commitment to the organisation’s success.

Appointed Managing Director in 2019, he has overseen significant expansion across all areas of the company. Callum leads the day-to-day operations and commercial activity of the firm, ensuring the business continues to scale effectively while maintaining its commitment to excellence.

In addition to his leadership responsibilities, Callum remains a prominent figure in the U.S. construction market, partnering with many ENR-leading general contractors to help solve their most critical hiring challenges.

Richard Goodall

Board Member

Richard is a highly experienced recruitment entrepreneur and is currently a Board Director of multiple international executive search organisations.

Richard’s passion comes from identifying and developing talent within the organisations he runs. He provides strategic oversight and guidance on business strategy and growth for G&E Partners With over 20 years of experience in Executive Search, Richard continues to provide solutions to his clients in the Construction and Civil Engineering sectors, specialising in CEO placements and succession planning.

Terry Ellis

Board Member

Terry is a pioneer of the Executive Search Industry, he has over 40 years of experience and has founded multiple firms who have gone onto be acquired by large private equity organisations. He is also the creator of the Talent Management approach that underpins our services that we offer to both our candidates and clients today.

Terry is passionate about building and scaling highly successful search organisations and is currently a Board Director of several international executive search organisations.
